Ah Grazie, I said that only because I didn't read the info all the way through, just took a quick look. I'm still trying to figure out WHY they spend as much time as they did with body posture and the like. For those that didn't visit the site, I kid you not, a couple quotes from the tutorial on VIDEO CAMERAS:

"Don't bend over when cleaning the bath, washing the car or reaching low shelves, squat or neal instead".

or this gem :"All cameras will play back what they recorded".

and while I'm not going to look for the exact quote, there was a reference to tea time.
