SuperSampling/Sharpening - Mpeg1

I have an MPEG1, 352x240 that needs to be bumped up to 400x300 with as little pixelation as possible. I was told about adding the 'SuperSampling' filter to my Main VideoFX Out. I do not have this FX in my FX palette. I have been using the 'Sharpen' FX in the meantime. Good results but if I can get it to be better, I'll take it every time. Where do I find this 'SuperSampling FX'? Is there a different FX that I should be looking at to minimize pixelation when bumping up in size?

And, Yes, I know I should never try to bump up in size, but for now... I have No Choice.

Thanks in Advance,
Lamont

Supersampling has no effect on frame size or resolution. It only effects movement generated by Vegas. It upsamples the frame rate, not the resolution, so it won't help you in any way for what you want to do.

Actually SuperSampling works great for scaling up video and getting rid of the jaggies. Here is a tutorial by Douglas Spotted Eagle to show you how. I’ve tried it on MPEG1 files and it works great.
