Please, I don't mean to sound rude,but, Do I need to buy the support plan to get help, or dump Vegas Video all together and go to the studio down the street? Costs about the same.
I record the drum track (Alesis DMPro w\Pintech pads) to a stereo track. Records and plays back at the speed I played it.
I record a guitar (Line6 POD), or any other track and it plays back much slower than what I played. It's not a latency issue to where it's off time, it plays back at a much slower speed (the pitch also drops).
It's like back in the TASCAM 424 days, playing back something recorded at high speed at normal.
I got rid of my AKAI DPS-12i to get a MOTU 828 and Vegas Video. Is there something I need to do to record and playback the way I played it?
Sorry for sounding like an ass, but it's a bit frustrating giving up something as simple as "just push play" for this. I ended looking pretty stupid bragging about all this gear and software and can't figure out how to use it. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
