Supported app for Data Discs?

Hello all!

This might not be directly related to Architect but -- I use to use a certain software for burning Data CDs, DVDs and Blu-Rays but I can't remember what it was anymore. I am wanting to cycle off some raw captured video files without completely deleting them and want to use my still working blu ray burners to create them. Anyone use anything like that for something similar?
