Surround Sound

I am using VSP 7.0 - trying to use 5.1 surround sound feature, but once project burned to DVD, it is not playing on surround system. How does one set up the audio to play in surround sound? Please help.

I don't have any personal experience with surround sound, but I'm pretty sure you need to render audio to AC3 rather then PCM.

Also, are you running the latest version? VMS 7.0a? There was a big fix regarding 5.1 audio:

Yes I have VS7 - I didn't know about the fix - I will try that.
