I have ripped my dvd to vob and demuxed audio to an ac3file and converted it to wav. I add the video and audio to vegas but its not 100% synced. I think its ok in the beginning of the movie but and the end the delay between video and audio gets worse. Is there anyway I can sync it?

Also I want to be able to add a "watermark" at the right bottom corner of the whole video, whats the best way to do this? I've made an transparent gif image and added it to the video, but I can't seem to move it around like I would like to.
