Syncing to MTC

I have downloaded the Vegas 4.0 demo and set it up to sync to MTC but it won't lock up.

I am using an Alesis BRC and ADAT system and syncing via a midiman usb interface. My Cakewalk sonar program syncs up just fine so I know MTC is getting to my PC.

Any help would be great.

I got it!
I changed the frame rate on all devices from 30 frames to 29.97 non-drop and set Vegas 4.0 for 29.970 (NTSC). it locked right up. Cool...
