Syncing Vegas and Sonar

I'm using the Virtual Midi Router on the Vegas 3.0 CD, but have been unable to sync up Vegas and Sonar 1.31. I've tried various combinations of Sonar triggering Vegas and vice versa. I've selected the Sonic midi router as a MIDI output device in Sonar, set Vegas to look for incoming MIDI, etc.

I think I was able to sync up Vegas and Cake PRo Audio 9.03 under Win98SE; I recall testing it briefly before I upggraded to XP and Sonar.

Anybody having success with this combo?

Try posting this in the Vegas Audio forum- I bet somebody has figured out how to sync to 1.3.1.
