Hi, could anybody explain why the syncronisation between sound and video is disorded after burning the CD.If so how to correct it.When I look through the production on Vegas Video everything is perfect. But after burning process the talk does not follow the lips, the musician dont hit their instruments with the music etc etc, I have done the process a couple of times with the same result. I dont know what to do next...
Also in the places where I have frosen the video to an stillimage it is shaking. Looks real bad.
Any sugestions for this?

How does the "prep" project look in the hard drive prep directory that is burned to the DVD? Is it synchronized there when you play it back in your computer's DVD player? When playing it back, are you using a commercial player or your computer? If the computer, do you have a fast system?

If in a set top player, one possibility is that you are setting the bit rate too high. If there is too much motion, then it can fight to keep up. Things like motion, distortion and picture noise [snow] can cause the bit rate to go up causing less compression, and ultimately lag. You might also try setting the DC setting in the Vegas mpeg2 settings to a smaller number. I think the valid settings are 8, 9, and 10. You should only use the 10 if you know the motion does not get too excessive. Otherwise, you can get picture distortions and possibly synchronization problems.
