Take picture from video?

How do I take a picture from the video clip like in Windows Movie Maker?

Click on the little TV set, upper right in preview window. It is the "save snapshot to file" button.

Don't forget to set the Viewing to Best (Full) then you can Copy to Clipboard or save as a .jpg
