One source is Vegasaur's templates - https://vegasaur.com/sony-vegas-templates

I believe that they are all 29.97 fps which may or may not be a problem if your projects are 25 fps.

NewBlue Titler Pro also has a ton of template packages (or just purchase Titler Pro 7 Ultimate to get them all).
