Terrible preview in HDV-project

Everytime i use the preview-function i a HDV-project, the picture is at 3-4 fps, at the lowest quality!

CPU-usage is aprx. 65%, and I use my HDV-cam as a preview-device.

Does anyone know why this happens only with my HDV-projects?

Is this raw m2t? - those files are a bear on your proc. Also all this is getting downconverted when it goes out the firewire spiggot to your camera which bogs things down a bit.

Probably need more system specs to be able to give a better answer.
