Does anbody have/know where I can find some test tones.
I do alot of setups of home,..actually boat theater systems in yachts.
And I'd like to try and make a disc like the Avia or home theater essentials disc but with out all the other junk in there.
plus I can put it in the visual cues i want etc.
I tried a program called test tone generator3.3 but i'm wondering if anybody else has any suggestions.

Have you posted/asked over on the audio forum? It seems I've seen that request and reply in the past. It seems they're available as a free DL from several sources. Maybe ask rednroll over there.

on edit:

"You can create them in Sound Forge."

DOH - I knew that...

You can make specific tones in Vegas by starting with a 1khz beep. Stretch it, render it, then do that "squiggle" thing control stretch, twice as long makes it 500hz, half the length makes it 2khz, etc. etc.
