Do you mean this by a textgenerator like "Titles&Text" ?

if you watch the video at 8 second mark ,i want to create that type of animation, and i cant do it in vp16,not with speedy.

i have to make 100s of 30seconds videos, so time is important to me

Create a template project with an animation and use it in your work (as nested project). In this case, you will only need to change the text.
