I'm using an Arial BOLD white text for menu links set to text only and using a mask overlay. What I'm getting is what looks like an overlay created from the standard font instead of bold. In other words they over lay doesn't cover up the underlying text. It doesn't matter if the text is left, centered, or right the overlay color still doesn't fit the menu link. I've tried it in two separate brand players with still the same effect.

The mask overlay on a graphic image seems to work fine.

Has anyone else experienced this?
