Text in clips, and slow mo sound

hey im kinda new to editing and i want to know in vegas if you can like make a text smaller and but it into another clip like i am editng my own skate movie and want if a skater does a trick and want to put his name in the background. and one more question when u slow mo clips the sound doesnt how do u fix that?

Adding Text Titles:
1/ - Track 1 Text

2/ - Track 2 Video

Pitch Changes:
When you slomo a video the Event gets .. er . . longer? So what are you gonna do with this extra time length within the audio? Edit it back? repeat it? Make it s o u n d s l l l o o w e r . .? Leave it blank? Lower the pitch OR PRESEVERE the pitch and extend it ove the added time .. this can be doine in Vegas .. KEEP PITCH THE SAME . .it is in there. . . but whatever yah do, it's gonna sound kinda wierd . . I do weird . .It's good weird . But do YOU want it?
