No. The menu design capabilities of DVD Architect are pretty basic.

For more "stylistic" menus like that, you can create the background (including text) in a graphics editor such as Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro or a video editor such as Vegas. Then create a custom highlight mask to do the highlighting.
