Text with Icecicles?

In VMS-Platinum, is there an easy way to make text look like it is frozen or has icecicles on it? For example, how can I make the word "Winter" in a title convey a feeling of cold? I tried to do a search but couldn't find anything.

There are some fonts here that may help - I don't know if any of them are free though. My first choice for this sort of thing would be BluffTitler. It's not free, but it's great value and very powerful.

There is an example here but you need the full version of Vegas to use the example.

Thank you both for your responses. I guess I was making it harder than it needed to be. I ended up finding and downloading a new font (IGLOOCAPS) for free and it works fine.

Thanks for the link. Specialty fonts like these are great for titles in Vegas. Often that's all you need.
