Thank you all for your support, as you see they have locked the posting on Sony and the Handicapped.

Sony has been nothing but gracious through this entire problem, save the locking of the thread that needed solutions.

Josh Dodge helps me so very much and still is helping me. Sony Media Software is not the issue, perhaps I should try again. When you step on an elephants foot he backsup, this was always the issue, to get Sony to step back on the vedor to create room for wheel chairs and help those that need it to plug in their stuff.

It was about not holding meetings open to the general public in places with no barrier free access.

It's about doing what's right and what is the law.

1. No law suit for damages was ever mentioned by me or Sony.
2. Sony when they found an error took steps to correct it, straight away.
3. This matter was beyond the control of Sony Media Software, and their employees, and solely the responsibility of their vendor, the LVCC, and NAB.

In conclusion, I hope we all understand that the A.D.A. is the law of the land. If it is incorrect, we need to change it by calling on our congress.

If I offended any of you it is my great shame as I have done nothing but learn from you people, and I thank you.

In conclusion let's all have a great convention, and please when you see the old guy with the big white dog, say hello.

Please understand that a level playing field is all I asked and Sony Media Software has gone out of their way to provide the same.

Best Wishes and thank you all for helping open the door and removal of barriers,
Marty

As you posted in your previous thread that you would file a federal suit against Sony, the claims in this post must be considered suspect.

Please resolve this with Joshua Dodge, rather than on our forums.

Thank you.
