This is my first post. I have been reading these boards for a while now and I just wanted to say I am absolutly impressed with the users here. Everyone is very polite and giving. I have learned so much from these boards about in my opinion the best non-linear edit system ever. (I also work on AVID, FCP, Premiere and edit for WXYZ Action News in Detroit.)
I have had problems buring DVDs. So I search these forums for answers and have learned and fixed so much. Ironically, I found out tonight that most of my problems may have not been Vegas 4.0 or my DVD burning software. My home DVD player has developed issues with DVD-R/RWs. The DVDs I have been burning have been fine all along. Never thought to buy a second test player just in case.
Sometimes the hardest problems are right in your face. Again, I learned alot.
