The best colors for anaglyph?

Here: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/whitepapers I found nice tutorial for using Vegas for making anaglyph video. In article I can find settings only for red-cyan.
I'm looking for proven setting, best solution for red-green.
Maybe somebody has information about making amber-blue (Color Code) anaglyph in Vegas, but probably Color Code is not simple channel blending technique.

The free Bororo 3D plugin for Vegas will let you choose from a number of colors for your anaglyph. Much discussion about these plugins here: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?MessageID=702554

Strange that Sony's white paper chooses to ignore their existance, from my very limited tests they appear to work very well.

Not exactly ignore:
'In addition to using one of the very capable third-party add-on tools — CineForm Neo3D (http://www.cineform.com/neo3d/), Medtron Make3D (http://medtron.org/make3d.aspx), and Pantarheon Bororo 3D (http://www.pantarheon.org/Bororo3D/) — you can also edit
stereoscopic 3D (S3D) in Vegas Pro 9 *** WITHOUT *** any add-ons or additional tools'.

I have one more question. Line-alternate technique is this the same technique used in modern 3D TV? For example Samsung UE40C7000, comming Sony Bravia or Panasonic VIERA 3D?
How prepare 3D for this tv-sets or 3D PC monitors? It is line-alternate or something else, f.e. jpg2000 sequence - like in digital cinemas?

All I could find from a quick Google is Sony are using sequential frames with shutter glasses. The same marketing blurb says that others are using line alternate with polarising glasses. There also seems to be no formal standard on how it's supported on BD at the moment.

HDMI.org has some literature you can request that describes the
various formats being used. See one of my previous posts.

The tests I have been running uses a multihead video card
and two LCD projectors. Special polarizing filters are used to
create linear polarized images (for LCD projectors) or circular
polarized (DLP projectors) images. My app will be for a ride
simulator that will play two files simultaneously until I can
get a BD system to work.

I have not found any info without paying a huge licensing fee
and non-disclosure agreements.

Check my previous post to find out more about the filters and
passive glasses I have been experimenting with.
