That depends on de Graphic Processor(s) you maybe use, but we know nothing about untill you tell us which one(s) and which exact drivers version(s) is (are) installed

For smooth video preview you can choose 2 settings in both versions
- in Options/Preferences/Video for smoother play-back of most video effects
- in Options/Preferences/ File I/O for better and faster decoding of the sourcefiles

I was able to solve it with the points you taught me and the following points.

However, the unfortunate point is that the maximum GPU utilization is 50%.

I couldn't fully use the GPU.

But I'm happy.
