Use the image option in Google and search for thought bubbles - you will find thousands you can download. Or, if you have Photoshop you can create your own.

You can draw a bubble using just Vegas.
Add gen media to a track, make it the color of the bubble you want.
Draw the object using an event mask. Set Feather to In and say 2 pixels.
Duplicate track, select event mask and change Feather to Out.

You can also use the mask in pan/crop. Even if you don't make on in the mask you can animate it appearing with the mask.

Horsefly,

Clikr is a free user-community site where such things can be found -- and most are .png. One can also get vector versions. I did a search for "thought bubbles" (see link below). One can even edit stuff through their online/cloud editor/generator but I prefer to do it on my computer.

Here are some good font based Dingbat thought bubbles
http://www.dafont.com/talkies.font

I also used this site for other great fonts.

Byron K - Well, you trumped my suggestion by a few more miles of twot bubbles - lol.
Nice to know about that site. Thanks.
