Thought Equity free clips?

I just got my disk and quick start manuals from Sony (sans box). There's a postcard in there that says Sony is giving me 15 free clips from Thought Equity. I tried following the instructions on the card, and went to www.thoughtequity.com/sonyvegas and registered myself. When I go to "My Orders," I can see a menu with the clips, but everytime I click one, I get an error that the .MOV file I'm looking for isn't on the server.

I've also tried searching from the Vegas Thought Equity plug-in script, but I get an error that the "mediasoftware" site is down for maintenance.

Anybody been able to successfully download their free clips, or get the plug-in to work, yet?

After signing up, I got a call the next day from Tiffany at Thought Equity. She said that she would be my representative and aide me in using the website. She gave me her email and said to contact her if I needed anything. I would encourage you to call the 800 number that is 24/7 (although when I called it, no one answered but I was prompted to leave a voicemail).
