Thumbnail questions

I always seem to have a problem with chapter markers. I enter the markers in Vegas & render out my project. When I double click the file in DVDA it adds the file in. From this screen I change the files name to 'play all'. I then insert a scene selection menu & tell it I want x scenes per page. Then you click this menu it creates thumbnails & numbers them 1,2,3 etc. The first thumbnail should be the same as the one the play all button takes you to & it is. The problem is that the first thumbnail is always displayed twice. Why is this happening & how do I avoid this happening. ? I know I can delete one of these thumbnails but this would result in having to move all of the remaining ones.

Incidently what happens when the numbers are out of sequence? In Vegas you can insert a marker 3 between marker 1 & marker 2. Would a play all command play 1,2,3 or 1,3,2 sequence?

When you tell it to put say put 9 thumbnails on a page do you get any options to tell it that you want say 3 rows of 3 or say one row of 5 & one row of 4?

Don't put a marker at the beginning of your project in Vegas. DVDA is assuming that the start point of the movie is also the first chapter; then it encounters the marker you placed with Vegas and you get a duplicate.

The markers aren't out of sequence other than the default name that they take. If you have 1 3 2 in Vegas it will still play 1 3 2 on the DVD.

Having a row/column option would be nice.
