time and frames-timeline

I have a video on the timeline. I added another video to the same timeline on the same video track and the first video was then compacted.

The video which was 1 hour long is still 1 hour long but the clips were on top of each other and hard to edit. How do I stretch the video on the timeline back to the increments when I first brought it into the time line?

I right click the time increments and time and frames is checked. The time was in 10 second increments before and that is what I want it to be.

The track zoom controls are on the bottom right of the timeline
