"Time Display" not showing up and other UI problem

I just bought the Steam Edition of Vegas Pro 15 Edit(Build 416), coming from Vegas 7 and Steam 13 Pro Edit. At first, the only issue I had was the UI problem circled in red. It was annoying and trying to fix it lead to now losing the "Time Display" showing the time circled in green. The "Time Display" stopped showing the time after I updated my Geforce Drivers (417.01). Windows 10 (ver 10.00.17134) updated. Restarted several times, nothing. VP13 Edit works fine, no issues.

If there's any more information you need to help troubleshoot the issue let me know. I have looked up and down and all I find are preview issues, nothing pertaining to this at all.

I could trigger that same behaviour.
Maybe my way of showing it again helps you.
