Time errors in wmv renders

Anyone else getting time errors in renders of wmv from Vegas?

Every once in a while an wmv we do has the wrong time, it doesn't effect playback, but it's annoying to see 2:00 on a 10:00 video, the bar in WMP hits the end and the file keeps playing and playing and playing

Anyone else have this occur?

this is a old problem with windows media payer on files with VBR , if you render it (encode it - i forget now which is which) with CBR it tends not to do what you describe ..

this is not always the case though ...
