Another easy way is to make sure all the images are in the same folder and properly sequentially numbered for the number of files (i.e., if there are over 1,000 but less than 10,000, make sure it's image0001 to image9999).
Then, when you're in the import window, check the box at the bottom of the screen that says Open still image sequence. The range box to the right will show you the total sequence.
Click Open and then set the Properties on the next screen.
Click OK and your sequence is now sitting in the Media Pool ready for you to drag it to the timeline :-)

Or it could be .034. According to Vegas calculations, anything between .033 and .067 is one frame. I would set it in the middle of those numbers and make sure you have QUANTIZE to FRAMES turned on.
