Time line clip audio sync problem (newbie)

I'm putting together a long project with analog AVI. files. All the clips sync fine except one. It plays great when previewed in Media Pool but when placed in the time line the audio at the begining of the clip is slightly off at the end it's off by a second or more. Time line placement makes no difference I even tested it as its own project and still had the problem. Clip plays on all other programs without problem (AVID Cinema, Media Player,Ulead,Real etc).

Info P2 450, 128RAM, 98SE. All files on same Maxtor 3000DV 1394 drive going through SIIG card.

Could really use some help on this one. Thanks

Blitz

Blitz,

I would try re-creating the .sfk file by deleting the old one and dragging the clip back on the timeline.

If it's still out of sync, just ungroup the audio from the video and sync it manually by lining up the beginning, then CTRL-stretch the audio to line up the end, then group the audio back to the video.
