Time Line / Track Motion Question Easy Noobie

I am editing on the time line, I Move through the time line and stop at a spot then open track motion. But on the track motion I have to find the place again. So the question is.
Is there a setting I can change so when I stop on the Time line and then click on Track motion the track motion is in the same place as the time line ?

Yes, click on the Sync Cursor button. It's on the lower left, next to the keyframe controller. If you don't see this part of the window, resize the window so you see all the controls.
