You mean speed changes? Sure. Look at the Velocity Envelop. You can also CTRL-Resize the clip. Take a look at issue 9 of my newsletter

You use the CTRL-Resize method. There is no velocity envelope for audio.

i'm a newbie i dont follow you on this give me a lil more.i saw a music video and both the video and audio pitch was slowed down.i was thinking we can do this in vegas.

You can. When you normally resize a clip, you get more clip. If you hold down the CTRL key while resizing the clip, it stretches it instead. So, resize the clip as you normally would while holding down the CTRL key. (You'll see a "zigzag" line appear in the clip indicating you have changed it's speed)
