I'm collaborating on TV cues with someone using Pro Tools. He wants the individual cues I do (which I'll do in either Vegas or Acid) to be "time stamped" with respect to their placement in the half hour show.

Is this doable in Vegas, Acid, or Sound Forge or must I render a continous file from 00:00:00 so that the cue will start at it's proper time.
