time stamp

If I'm scoring a film or TV show, and I do a music cue that starts 20 minutes into the show - say 00:20:05:23 - is there any way to time stamp this cue so it will open up on another software system (ProTools, etc.) at the time spot.

If not, how else can your music cue be synced up by the film editor? It makes no sense to render the cue from 00:00:00:00 and have 20 minutes of nothing before the cue starts.

Thanks

If you need to move your Vegas audio session to protools or just about any other audio app, here's the right tool for the job:

http://www.cuibono-soft.com/

You can use this tool to open protools etc sessions in Vegas. Free timeout demo available.

Thanks for the reply. I'm assuming it works cross platform. I'll check it out.
