time stretch..

holding ctrl and dragging to the length I want doesent seem to have the same quality as if i did "Time Stretch" in Soundforge, and I dont have to wait a min or two for vegas to do the stretch like it would soundforge, am I just retarded? It just doesent seem to sound as good as it would in soundforge.., but i cant "drag" it to what i want in soundforge.. :(

Forge is a better choice for audio timestretching- many more settings to help you dial in on the "right" sound for your particular clip.

Try doing multiple timestretches in Soundforge then.
