time stretching video?

Is it possible to time-stretch/compress (slow motion/fast foward) video in VV3?

Yes it is. Place the cursor over the end of the event and press Ctrl while draging the end with the mouse. You can also adjust the playback speed and strobing by right clicking on the event and going to the properties page for the event.

You can also add a velocity envelope to the event but this will not affect the sound track. However, it does add the reverse options.
