Sony probably didn't install the patch to correct for the new DST dates. I would imagine that if they do nothing, when the old date for the time change comes around it will be back to normal.

I try to. At least i get paid enough to anyway. But sometimes it still escapes me. We have one system at work that was tracking DST changes perfectly. We installed the OS patch for the new change dates, and now it writes one log file correctly, and another log file in DST all year 'round. We pondered it for a while, then shrugged and gave up. Now whenever i have to report from that log file i add enough logic to my report program to correct for the error. Adding an error correction ended up being much faster and easier than fixing the error.
