Yes,
theres already one in Vegas. Do you want the tape's timecode or your project's TC?

OK,
to get the project TC just add the Sony Timecode FX in the track header.
To get the tape TC add yhe same FX to the media in the Project Media. To do that RClick the media and select the Add FX, I think that's the name of the menu item, I'd check it for you but the machine's rendering.

Normally you'd want the tape TC for the client to give you back an EDL.

I was recently having issues with adding TC to clips in the Project Media (though I use Vegas 8) where each clip was beginning with 00 when dragged to the timeline. It seemed to work best when I had a "new" project and the clips were in Project media and no editing had yet been done.
Let me know if you notice any issues
Thanks

Did you capture in Vegas? Vegas doesn't read the TC in media captured by PPro, and vice versa.

It'd be a good move on SCS's part to make this possible so people who use other software would have an easier time moving a project to Vegas.
