Timecode issue - XML via VEGAS Pro

I make a test exporting VEGAS XML to Davinci Resolves Studio 17.

Sony Clips are known for its weird issue not being able to import into Resolve Properly, especially using XML.

Here, I used my previous CNY footages to test. The video was shot on Sony a7III via Ninja V. It uses ProRes 422 codec.

4K 10 bit 25FPS. All videos was shot in 25FPS.

From VEGAS to Davinci, it work just fine somehow. However in VEGAS Pro media panel, there is a label for both Timecode In & Out.

NOTE: The DP doesnt set any timecode during shoot due to rushing*

However, my actual Project file for the CNY project (Same footages I used for the testing above), I spotted the Timecode In section starts of with 00:00:00:00. All of the videos in the media starts of pure 00:00:00:00 value.

Only the drone video clips (DJI Mavic Air, H.264 4k 25fps MOV) were able to be translated from VEGAS Pro to Davinci Resolves via XML perfectly fine (The DJI clip is also 00:00:00:00). The rest of the media is "Offline".

I tried with my own personal footages shot on Sony a6500 camera. I never set any timecode from the first day I bought the camera till to date. I just record as usual. There is a known problem with Sony Camera in Davinci Resolves whereby a higher frame rate videos like 50, 60, 100, 120 FPS often "Media Offline" in the timeline. So I give it a try and I can confirm only 25FPS footage import normally into DR timeline. Pay attention to the Timecode In as well.

(First clip is 25FPS, the rest 50 & 100fps)

Another Examples of VEGAS To DR work just fine from Sony a6500 footages. The offline media in DR timeline is 50FPS, the rest is 25FPS. So its proven Higher FPS from Sony camera is "pain" to work in DR.

But my real questions here, why all of sudden my old Sony clips, including the CNY footages have Timecode in Data when doing testing? why my actual CNY projects is using Timecode In 00:00:00:00 when it was the same clips?
