Timecode readout stopped showing in V13

I can't get Sony Timecode FX to show anymore in V13. In V12 it shows on the preview window as always, but today it stopped showing in V13. What could have possibly happened to have caused this? Where might I look for a remedy? I am using the same presets in both versions and I've tried them all, including Default. I made a forum search and can't find any thread that could help me.

Bypass preference in General Preferences? Either on or off makes no difference -- or do you mean some other setting (not clear)?
