Still being the Vegas newby and coming from Avid, I have another question.

I was animating the movement of my text in with the placement tab and setting keyframes, but noticed that inside the text generator the "sub" timeline numbers (lower right) (timecode)did not correspond to the main timeline numbers.

And also I could not scrub the audio while moving in the text timeline.

Is there a setting that will change the text timeline numbers (timecode) to correspond to the main timeline and also can I hear my audio scrub?

I figure the only way to use it now is do the math of converting the numbers between the 2 timelines unless someone has some other suggestions.
