Title me: Confused

Okay, so I just upgraded to Vegas Pro 11 yesterday, and I was all excited about the NewBlue Titler Pro (this is not a complaint about crashes). So I get it all installed and up and running, and I go immediately to check out Titler Pro. I click on "ProType Titler" thinking that was it. I thought "eh, it's okay, but not worth all the excitement"

Then just about 10 minutes ago, I go to the NewBlue FX page to see if they have an update because of the "you know what" (I promised not to complain about the crashes) And I see a picture layout of the UI for NewBlue Titler Pro and it doesn't look ANYTHING like what I've been playing with all day.

I soon come to the shocking conclusion that the NewBlue Titler Pro isn't even installed in Vegas 11 (at least not that I could see). So I download it from the NewBlue website, and install it, thinking it was going to be in trial mode or ask me for a serial number. But it installs okay and runs in full mode. WOW! it's really cool and so much better than what I THOUGHT was NewBlue Titler Pro, but instead ProType Titler. A little confusing? I think so, especially if it's true and you have to install it yourself!

Did anyone else have this confusion, did I miss the memo about having to install this plugin yourself? Am I losing my mind completely????

Ooops, looks like I missed that part of the email I was sent. I was in such a rush to get it installed, I didn't even glance at the rest of the email instructions, which plainly say you have to download Titler Pro separately. But the weird thing is, it didn't ask me for a serial number after I installed it.

Oh well, now you can title me: Embarrassed

Yes, you must have missed the memo ;)
The New Blue tiltler is a seperate download and install.
It was specified in the email I got from SCS after purchase of V11.

It is a lot better than the pro tiltler Vegas put in since V8. That one has never quite worked for me.

Enjoy your new Titler.
