Titler issue

I use õ,ä,ö,ü letters. And when i use Bank Gothic font in titler,those letters dont change at all. Stays in Arial. In the other hand,ProType titler can handle these letters with no problem. Is that a bug?

Dunno about a "bug" but have you tried using the Microsoft Character Mapping options? This works for me when I need to pull up non-English letters. I just did these from the Mapping menu: ŭ ð ð ï . Maybe ProTypeTitler has "access" to these characters thru' its GUI, and Sony Text doesn't - yet?

. . and as you can SEE one of the characters failed to display, well at least echo-ed back at me on my screen. I have - ŭ - instead of the character showing.

I open a new e-mail and type what I need also checks spelling and for those wi©D things insert symbol and copy past the entire thing in Vegas or Heroglyph, Boris

Grazie Is this the same as character mapping?

i am often missing type faces and fonts in Hrogyph and it’s a pain maybe this will help me in Heroglyph
