I wish Titler Pro had such features.

About all you can do is enable the marking grid and use that to align. The marking grid may be a little coarse for your needs. If this is so, select the paragraphs and move them together to their final position.

That feature is not currently available in Titler Pro 3. I do believe it will be added in a future version. It does have multiple selection now so alignment options is the next logical addition.
