Do a Googe or Bing search using the keywords 'free LUTs' - there will be lots of results for you to search through and decide for yourself what 'look' appeals to you based on your creative needs for your project.
A LUT with a .cube or . CUBE extension should work in Vegas Pro.
And you can also create your own LUT in Vegas Pro 21's Color Grading Panel (CGP) by using the CGP to create your 'look' and then use the LUT export button in the 'Look LUT' field to save the LUT to a folder of your choice.
