TOT: Ozone5 - Marvellous! "Punch the Monkey"

OK, I have a Concert - 100 Chorus; string section, piano, percussion, woodwind PLUS vocal soloists. Marvellous.

However . . . . .

The feed I got was a wee bit "thin", and I've strived to get some "thickness" back into the mix. Well, OZONE5 has a Preset that does just that. It's called "Punch the Monkey"! - Un-beeeee-leivable.

And yes, OZONE5 is out of the same voodoo stable as iZotope RX II. I should have known they would have a pro remedy.

Thanks iZo!

Grazie

Punch The Monkey, maybe inspired by this?

I REFUSE to believe that was 30 years ago.
Still brilliant

Ozone 5 and other Izotope plugins are among my favorites when working in Sonar. The many presets are awesome, and for someone like me that hates endlessly tweaking, this is a good thing. And not only does this software work great but they have some of THE coolest UI controls ever designed. I feel like I'm working on Star Trek's Enterprise when I'm using these plugins....very sleek and futuristic.

Grazie,
If time permits can you provide a quick sample comparing the two mixes?

It would be interesting to hear the before and after. I too am always looking for ways to improve my audio.
