total length of movies

I have movie studion plus dvd 4.0 and have only completed one movie before that was about 4 gb in size and I used sonic my dvd to burn. this was before buying + dvd with architect studio 2.0. The current movie I am working on will be about 3 1/2 hours long with music, voice overs, and transitions added in. The first question is, while making this movie, is there a way to see the size of it that it will end up to be in gb? The second question is do I just make the whole movie from start to end and when I go to burn it, will it prompt me to insert the second and possibly a third dvd? Is there anything special how I set up Architect to do this easy? thanks for your help in advance. Pug..

So far as I know, DVDAS can only write to a single disk - there's no option for a second or third. That being the case, I'd seriously think about making your movie as 3 separate projects - even if you could get everything on 1 disk, the bitrate would be so low that it would be unwatchable. The other thing to consider is whether your movie really needs to last 3.5 hours - not many people have the patience to sit through something that long!
