I have been using gmail domain for a little while now (and just gmail for the past 2 years or so). The spam filter catches almost every thing that comes in like that.
I don't know if gmail domain is public knowledge yet, but it is basically gmail for your domain; meaning, you set up your email at your domain but gmail handles it and takes care of it. For instance, mine is at http:mail.google.com/hosted/jrazzcreations.com That is where I log in.

I wasn't really trying to plug gmail, but I like it and I like this new domain beta.

I'm using a product called "SpamBayes" and it simply is awesome. Blows away anything I'd purchased in the past, and is free.

Not to get more OT, but I'm curious about the gMail domain. Do you still have email with your domain, like jrazz@jrazzcreations.com, or do you have to use jrazz@gmail.com?

I'm assuming you still use your domain name, otherwise what would the purpose be right?

How long have you been using it, and are you happy with it? Does it have ads?

I have a small business with about 20 webmail accounts using Horde mail on my domain. It's not terrible, but I like gmail better.

I never used @jrazzcreations.com b/c I did not like the host set up that was provided. Also, you cannot run this and your old domain email at the same time- it is one or the other. The gmail for domains works the same as gmail but instead of @gmail it is @yourdomain.com You will need to change your MX (mail exchange) records to the set that google will send you if you are approved for their beta. Yes, you have to sign up, wait a few days, get an email saying- "yes, we would like to include you in our beta" and then make the mx changes and set up your account and then wait for google to make their server-side changes and you are up and running. You can do up to 25 accounts for free- each having 2 gigs worth of storage. You can set the administrator rights and have your businesses own login page, and you can provide your logo to go where the gmail logo usually goes.
As for liking it, if you like gmail, you will like it.

If you have any more questions, email me.
