Track Level FX Chain

How do I save an effects chain from a track level? Say I have a chain of 4-5 (or whatever) different effects applied to a track. How do I bring that chain into another project?
I "Chain" looked up in Help, but it just told me about the PlugIn Manager. No help there as far as I could tell.

Open the FX button on the existing track with the existing chain.
click the Add FX button in that dialog.
When it opens, rather than selecting a new filter/plug in, choose Save As.
Then give your chain a name.
Now it will always be visible via the FX Packages.
