Track lock - too late for V5 (?!!!) suggestion

Maybe I've missed something, but AFAIK this isn't implemented, and should be easy-peasy.

How many times have you inadvertently in our mouse-centric world inadvertently changed somwthing (clicking ,dragging, space-button ,accidental focus in wrong place) in an unrelated track or window. How about a little "lock" button that when engaged , um, locks everything on that track ?

My usual is space-bar unselecting a tick box in a plugin window unrelated to what I am doing/thinking now. As well as accidentally nudging (time) events.

It's a little late for v5 feature suggestions. Although, you can already lock events, so they don't move. Either right click on the event, goto switches and select "lock", or I prefer to set the button up on the tool bar. Goto OPTIONS>CUSTOMIZE TOOLBAR and select the lock event button. It's nicer this way because you can select multiple events and then just click the button to lock and unlock them. No lock Track/channel position feature though. It would be kinda cool to be able to select the track/channel and then click on the button to lock the controls.

Yeah, I had something in mind along the lines of rec, solo, mute, plugs, phase, lock buttons.
